# Reviews

Moderate customer reviews of drivers and link your review profiles.

## Customer reviews

**Sales & Marketing → Customer reviews** lists the reviews your customers leave for drivers after a trip.

| Column                      | Meaning                                                 |
| --------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------- |
| **ID**                      | The review number.                                      |
| **Company** / **Driver**    | Who did the trip.                                       |
| **Rating**                  | The stars given, with the driver's **Reviews average**. |
| **Booking**                 | The booking the review is for.                          |
| **User name** / **Comment** | Who wrote the review and what they wrote.               |
| **Date created**            | When the review was left.                               |

Use **Edit** to change a review and **Delete** to remove it.

The customer can be notified when you reply to a review. The message is set in **Notifications → Customer Notifications → Notification review replied**. The admin is notified of new reviews with **Notification review created**. See [Notifications](/documentation/notifications.md).

## Social Media Reviews

**Sales & Marketing → Social Media Reviews** lists your review profiles on other services. Click **Add new** and fill in:

| Field           | What to enter                             |
| --------------- | ----------------------------------------- |
| **Name**        | The name of the review service.           |
| **Url**         | The link to your profile on that service. |
| **Image**       | A logo or badge for the service.          |
| **Image width** | The width the image is shown at.          |

Click **Save** to store the list.
