# Partner Network

Exchange bookings directly with other transport companies that use CodiCo Dispatch.

The **Partner Network** links your CodiCo Dispatch system with the system of another transport company. Once connected, you can send bookings to each other directly. Open **Integrations → Partner Network**.

The token is hidden in this screenshot.</p></figcaption></figure>

## Connect with a partner

{% stepper %}
{% step %}

### Share your token

Copy **Your Token** and send it to your partner. They add it to their system.
{% endstep %}

{% step %}

### Add your partner's token

Your partner sends you their token. Add it to the partner's company profile in your system (**People & Companies → Companies**).
{% endstep %}

{% step %}

### Exchange bookings

When both tokens are added, the systems are connected and bookings can be exchanged directly between the companies.
{% endstep %}
{% endstepper %}

The page shows two lists:

* **Partners Connected to You (Inbound)** — partners who connected your company to their system with your token. You can share bookings with them.
* **Partners You Connected To (Outbound)** — partners you connected through your local company. They can send bookings to you.

{% hint style="danger" %}
Treat your token like a password. **Regenerate** creates a new token. Partners that use the old token will then need the new one.
{% endhint %}

The same token is used to connect with [AirportTaxis.com](/documentation/integrations/airporttaxis.com.md).

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://codico-dispatch.gitbook.io/documentation/integrations/partner-network.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
