# Bókun

Copy transfers booked in Bókun into CodiCo Dispatch.

With the Bókun integration, a transfer booked in Bókun (on your Bókun widget, the Marketplace or a partner site) is created in CodiCo Dispatch so dispatchers and drivers can work it as usual. This is called **Farm In**. Sending bookings from CodiCo Dispatch to Bókun is not available.

Open **Integrations → Bókun**. The page has two tabs: **Connection** and **Product mapping**.

## Connect

{% stepper %}
{% step %}

### Get your Bókun keys

In Bókun, open **Settings → Connectivity → API keys** and copy the **Access key**, **Secret key** and **OCTO token** (on the same API key, with OCTO turned on).
{% endstep %}

{% step %}

### Enter the keys

Turn on **Enable Bókun integration** and **Farm In**. Choose the **Environment**: *Test* for trial keys or *Production* for a live account. Paste the keys, click **Save**, then **Test connection**.
{% endstep %}

{% step %}

### Map your products

Open **Product mapping**, click **Load products from Bókun** and choose a vehicle class for every product, for example *Brussels airport → Mercedes E class*. Click **Save mapping**.

{% hint style="warning" %}
Bookings for a product that is not mapped don't come in. Map new products as soon as you add them in Bókun.
{% endhint %}
{% endstep %}
{% endstepper %}

## How bookings arrive

The system checks Bókun for new bookings automatically every few minutes. Click **Sync bookings now** to check immediately.

On a Bókun Plus or Premium plan you can also paste the webhook URL shown on the page into Bókun (**Settings → Connections → Webhooks**) so bookings arrive faster. The **Webhook token** is generated by CodiCo Dispatch, not by Bókun.

In the booking:

* The Bókun confirmation code becomes the booking number.
* *Cash* in Bókun means the passenger pays the driver. *Card (point of sale)* means it is already paid.
* If Bókun has no pickup or drop-off address, the product location is used.

Turn off **Send notifications to clients** if Bókun already emails the passenger, so they are not contacted twice.

{% hint style="info" %}
Bókun trial keys usually expire after 14 days. Paste the new keys and save again when Bókun sends them.
{% endhint %}

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://codico-dispatch.gitbook.io/documentation/integrations/bokun.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
